Items ordered through our webshop are delivered within the Benelux. For shipping we use Sendcloud, our partner in securely processing your data and creating our shipping labels.
Orders above €50,00 are delivered free of charge.
The shipping fee for orders below this amount is specified separately at checkout.
Your order will be delivered (unless otherwise agreed) to the delivery address entered at checkout, within 1 to 3 days after receipt of the order.
Please check your order upon delivery. Any visible damage and/or quality defect of an item or other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported immediately.
You will receive a track & trace link from the carrier to track your package.
For questions about your shipment, please contact us and have your order number ready so we can assist you quickly.
Of course, you can always pick up your order free of charge in our store during opening hours.

We prepare your order as soon as possible. You will not receive an additional confirmation email; you can therefore pick up your order whenever it suits you.
